How to apply for InsectAI grants

1. Before applying to any grant, ensure you join our InsectAI Action if you are not already a member! You can find instructions on the “join us” page.
2. Ensure you have read the and meet the Criteria for Grant Award selection.
3. COST provides general guidance to applicants for any type of grant, which you must consult before submitting your proposal.
4. If applying to an STSM, check if the InsectAI working groups had identified scientific priorities for the period you are applying.
5. If applying to an STSM, before preparing your proposal, get in touch with InsectAI COST Action members with matching research interests to check their availability to collaborate and host your STSM. You can discover the InsectAI participants here.

7. All applications should be submitted through the e-COST online platform.  You can find instructions on how to apply online here.
8. Finally, do not forget to document your STSM or Conference as you need to report back once it is finished; both through COST official report templates in e-COST (see below) as well as submitting an overview of your activity to InsectAI for our website:
